Kevin Gillen

Kevin was born in the Bronx and raised in Jackson, (Ocean County) N.J. Kevin received numerous full scholarships after high school. He was accepted to the United States Coast Guard Academy and chose a full academic/athletic scholarship to the University of Scranton, PA. At the age of 17, he found himself competing against the toughest grapplers on the wrestling mats throughout the nation, he completed his final season undefeated. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in English/ Law Enforcement and graduated with the highest honors. His first job at the ripe age of 20 was patrolling the highways back home as a NJ State Trooper. Pursuing higher aspirations, Kevin made a bold career change early in life and entered the world of finance, life, and health insurance. This was long before the advent of the “internet”. He accumulated most of the necessary professional designations. Ultimately, he upped his game to trading large blocks of stocks with institutional hedge fund managers on Wall Street. Destiny prevailed and another change was on the horizon...
Major Maxwell
In 1999, after the sudden and heartbreaking loss of his Dad, Kevin dedicated his focus and attention to the health care and related insurance markets. Medicare, Life and Health insurance became frequent topics of discussion fueled by his passion. Kevin fully understands that "having nothing without your health is all too true".
Today, Kevin spends much of his time speaking with his clients about their health and health insurances, including protection strategies. He understands the complexity of Medicare Insurance, from basic to more complex strategies. Many of his clients simply refer to him as KG. Kevin (KG) is known to spend countless hours in his office with his pal Maxwell sharing strategies with all his clients and soon-to-be friends. Complex issues require Major Consulting.
